This Motor-1 radiator is a direct replacement for 2007-2013 models with the 5.4L V8.

It's a new radiator, in the box.

The core is aluminum for good heat transfer, and the tanks are black plastic.

It's a crossflow design, single row.

Inlet is on the top right (1.75 inches), outlet on the bottom left (1.88 inches).

It has a transmission oil cooler built-in, so if you have an automatic, it's ready.

No engine oil cooler, just trans.

Dimensions: 31.5 inches long, 16.5 inches tall, and about 0.94 inches thick for the core.

Color: black tanks, silver core.

Fitment is direct replacement—bolts in where the old one came out.

Part numbers: MT1-64031ARMEO, and interchange CU13046.

Also crosses to Ford part 7L1Z8005A.
