Orange + Colonial Hotel
Purple Line
  $21 million select-service hotel project with 138 rooms and 4,000 SF ground floor restaurant space. This site is at the southwest corner of Colonial Drive and Orange Avenue in Downtown Orlando. Seven story building with contemporary architecture that will define the northern gateway of Downtown Orlando at this prominent corner. Development is scheduled to begin in mid 2013.
