Creative Village Development, LLC
Purple Line
  A joint venture between Banc of America Community Development Corporation and Creative Village Orlando, LLC, a local development team led by Craig Ustler. CVD, LLC is partnering with the City and serving as master developer of a 68-acre urban infill project at the former Amway Arena site. UCF and Valencia College will open their downtown campus at Creative Village in August 2019 with 7,700 students.

  $27 million select-service hotel project with 138 rooms and 4,000 SF ground floor commercial space. This site is at the southwest corner of Colonial Drive and Orange Avenue at the northern gateway of Downtown Orlando. Development team led by Ustler Group of Companies in partnership with Pinnacle Hotel Management. Completed in July 2015.

  $5.2 million, 17,000 SF, 4-story professional office building in the North Quarter District, Downtown Orlando. The office building is fully leased to R.D Keene Trust, the Ustler Group of Companies and Moss & Associates. Developed by Ustler Development, Inc. Completed in mid 2015.

  $32 million LEED® Silver professional office building with approximately 105,000 SF. Home of GAI Consultants Orlando headquarters. Development team led by Uster Development, Inc. in partnership with Tom Ustler. Completed in first quarter 2011.
